Twelve months to 31 March

Where the load goes after it leaves you

137.8 tonnes handled, 5.5 of it residual. These are weighbridge figures, not an estimate: every load we tip is weighed and ticketed, and the tickets are what this table is added up from.

The round, in order

On the drive
The load is separated as it is carried out, not after. Wood one side of the bed, metal the other, soft goods to the voids.
At the yard
Anything with re-use in it comes off first and goes to the shelf. What leaves the shelf inside a month is sold; what does not goes on with the rest.
At the transfer station
The load is tipped, weighed and picked over on the floor. The weighbridge ticket is what the figures on this page are taken from.
On your email
A waste transfer note naming the site, the streams and the tonnage, the same day. Keep it for two years — that is your duty of care, not ours.
A tipper truck standing in a yard at the end of the round, its body still loaded
The bed at the end of a round. The load's colour is on the truck now, not in the room it came out of — which is the one thing this whole site is drawn to show you.

Ask for the ticket

Any customer can ask for the weighbridge ticket behind their own transfer note and we will send the scan. If a clearance firm cannot produce one, the load did not go where they said it did.
